Rafting with a brewery stop on the river

Subiaco

There is a craft brewery sitting on the bank of the Aniene, so this descent has a stop built into it: you get out, sit down with a beer, and get back in the boat afterwards.

How the day goes

  1. Into the raft at Subiaco, guide steering, on the gentle stretch.
  2. Downstream on easy water as far as the brewery's own piece of bank.
  3. Out for a beer or a soft drink and something to eat.
  4. Back in the boat to finish the run.

It is still a boat you climb in and out of on a riverbank, so wet feet come with it.
