Down the riverRome has a river that is not the Tiber, running through a reserve on the eastern side of the city. You walk part of the valley on foot, then get in a boat and come back down it.
It is an urban river and it looks like one; for clear mountain water, the same Aniene runs above Subiaco before it ever reaches Rome.
