A fixed Ciociaria menu, from the antipasto to the dolce, with a glass of the estate's own wine beside every course. When the weather holds, the table is out in the vineyard.

How the day goes

  1. Sit down to a menu the kitchen has already decided, which is the good news.
  2. Antipasto, a first course, a main with its side, then fruit and dessert.
  3. A different glass of the biodynamic wine with each part of it.
  4. Coffee from the moka at the end, because that is how it is done here.

The menu is fixed: mention allergies or a vegetarian diet at booking, because there is nothing to choose at the table.
