This mill has spent years pulling abandoned olive groves back into production, and it will show you either end of that work: the trees outside, or the press inside.

How the day goes

  1. Choose the grove, and walk the recovery work among the old trees.
  2. Or choose the mill, and follow the olives from the hopper through to the tank.
  3. Either way a short tasting course: what to look for with your nose, then your palate.
  4. A bottle of the oil goes home with you.
