Sabina olive trees grow big and old, and this estate walks you through its own before taking you into the mill. The oil you taste at the end came out of that room.

How the day goes

  1. Into the grove with a guide: which trees are which, and how they are worked.
  2. Then the mill, where the fruit goes in, the oil comes out and is stored.
  3. A guided tasting of the estate oils, DOP and IGP, poured fresh.
