How the day goes

  1. Start at the estate, past the introduction and straight into the glasses.
  2. Learn what the panel is smelling for, and what DOP and IGP actually certify.
  3. The session finishes at the Sala Panel over at Castelnuovo di Farfa.
  4. Selected local produce on the table at the end, chosen to sit with the oils.
