On the trailPian de' Valli is a wide shelf of snow under the Terminillo, and snowshoes turn it into ground you can cross. The snowshoes and poles come from the organiser; you bring boots and gloves.
It is rated easy on both technique and legs, so anyone after a hard winter day should look at the crossing to the Rifugio Sebastiani instead.
