Percile On the trail

Slow walk and yoga at the Lagustelli di Percile

Percile

A pair of karst lakes sits in the Monti Lucretili with no road down to the shore and nothing built on it. You walk in, and the Hatha Yoga happens by the water rather than in a room.

How the day goes

  1. The group meets at a bar in Percile, then drives the short distance to the trailhead.
  2. The path goes out and comes back the same way, with stops on the karst and the wildlife.
  3. At the lakes the mats come out and the practice runs beside the water.
  4. Bring your own mat: the walking is the easy half of the day.

It goes ahead on a set date rather than on request, so it fits a planned trip better than a spontaneous morning.
