Rocca Massima

Two things that do not usually go together: the wire off Rocca Massima, and then a cellar at Cori with glasses on the table. The flying comes first.

How the day goes

  1. Harness and briefing at the zipline, then the crossing over olive groves and karst rock.
  2. Down at the far end, and the road across to the estate at Cori.
  3. The cellar visit, then the tasting, sitting still for the first time all day.

The wire comes before the wine and it goes fast; if that is the part you would skip, ask the estate about the cellar visit on its own.
