How the day goes

  1. Out to Tor Vergata by train, then on foot to the farmhouse among the vines.
  2. A walk through the vineyard first, so you see where lunch is coming from.
  3. Into the kitchen: traditional Frascati dishes, and the wine cookies that go with them.
  4. Sit down and eat what you made, with Frascati DOC poured alongside.

The day is built around a board and a stove; if you came for the hills rather than the cooking, the wine tour covers the same countryside.
