How the day goes

  1. Up into the hills at Mompeo, with Farfa abbey and its gorge close by.
  2. Round the animals first, then the vegetable garden, which is where lunch begins.
  3. A walk among the olive trees the farm's own oil is pressed from.
  4. Sit down and eat: what is on the table was grown on this ground.
