How the day goes

  1. An Umbrian menu, agreed with the estate when you book.
  2. You roll it, fill it and shape it, in the winery's own kitchen.
  3. Then you sit down and eat what you made, with the wine from the hill outside.
  4. The cellar shop is next door if a bottle is coming home with you.

Say at booking if you are vegetarian or have an allergy: the menu is built in advance, not chosen at the table.
