The whole day is hosted in English and it ends in a fraschetta, which is the Castelli's own kind of tavern and the thing no booking site knows how to explain.

How the day goes

  1. Say which day you want: street food, a private tasting room, the market and a stove, or a long table.
  2. Picked up at the nearest station, so the train out of Rome is the only leg you arrange.
  3. Through Frascati, Nemi or Ariccia on foot, eating as you go.
  4. The table at the end: courses at an agriturismo or a private villa, wine poured with them.

It runs from spring into late autumn and the price list comes by mail: write with your dates and they answer with the menu.
