How the day goes

  1. Meet at the launch and get clipped in beside the pilot, both of you under the bar.
  2. A short run down the ramp, and the wing takes the weight.
  3. Prone over the valley, mountains on both sides, villages small below.
  4. Landing on the field down in the valley; flights run at weekends, on the forecast.

You fly lying on your front with your weight in a harness, which is a strange position the first time, and the date moves when the weather does.
