On horsebackRiding the Tolfa hills, with an aperitivo
Ride out into the Tolfa hills for three hours. They also go out at sunset.

Off roadMost of this route has no tarmac on it at all. Farmland first, then Mediterranean scrub, then the track down to the Cerveteri falls where everybody gets in the water.
The ground is loose for most of the ride and you are on the controls the whole time; the shorter tours cover softer country.
Cerveteri at its real position from Rome, with everywhere else we list behind it — so you can see how far out this one is.
