Tell us. Send the address of the page and what is out of date — an opening time, a closing day, a phone number that rings nowhere, a price that has moved — and we change it. Being right is the only thing this site has to sell, so a correction is worth more to us than it costs you.
Two things usually bring an operator here, and both are welcome.
Something we published about you is wrong. Write to [email protected] with the correction. A wrong opening time on our page costs you a visitor who turns up to a closed door.
You are not on the site and you think you should be. Send us the address of your own page — the one where somebody can actually book or call. A listing costs nothing and cannot be bought: no payment moves anybody up the order, and the formula is published.

For anything to do with a booking you have already made — a change, a refund, a late arrival — the people to reach are the operator, not us: your contract is with them, and they are the only ones who can move it. Their number and their own page are on the page of the day you booked.
