How the day goes

  1. Sign up at the school, then the warm-up and the briefing on the sand.
  2. Push-ups on the board in the white water until one turns into standing.
  3. There is an adaptive programme too, for surfers who need the support.
  4. Back up the beach with sand in everything and the afternoon left over.
